Square Fashions have different types of cutting facilities like Convert (Digitize) Manual Pattern to CAD soft pattern, Convert any CAD software files, Cut plan System, Software based bundle card system, Auto cutting machine, Auto pattern cutter, Latest auto marker software, Biting machine for wash block cutting, Relax Machine and plotters etc.
 
Our CAD & Cutting rooms are sophisticated with Modern well Equipped. We use CAD System(Gerber, Lectra, Gemini), CAS System (Auto Spreaders-Gerber and Ozbilim, Plotters-Gerber, Ioline and TKT) and CAM system(Lectra smart auto cutter).

 

Total cutting capacity per day is 1,30,000 pcs (Light weight and Heavy weight Knit items, Shirt Items, Denim Items and Outerwear items).

 

 

There are total 126 machines in the Cutting Department like Auto Cutter, Auto spreader, Band Knife, Straight knife, Fusing machine, Biting machine, Relax machine, Drilling, manual Cutter, End Cutter, Plotter Machine etc. Machine brands are Gerber, Lectra, Winda, Ozbilim, IMA, Eastman, Hashima etc. and originated in Japan, USA, Italy, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Turkey and Spain.
