Square Fashions has established a well-equipped Sewing Thread Section to ensure the consistent supply of superior-quality sewing thread. The section is supported by advanced machinery and efficient production processes, enabling the company to maintain high quality standards and timely delivery.

Key Machinery:

For soft winding of both spun and filament yarn, SSM machines from Switzerland are used to produce high-quality soft packages. The dyeing process is supported by 15 FONGS dyeing machines of various capacities, ensuring flexibility and prompt processing. The facility is further equipped with hydro extractors and RF dryers from STALAM (Italy), along with final coning machine from SSM (Switzerland). These machines play a vital role in maintaining product quality and ensuring that every cone is delivered to the production unit on time.
